Virtualized / Windowed Table
This table has 10,000 generated rows, but only the rows currently within (or near) the visible scroll viewport are actually present in the DOM. Windowing is hand-rolled: startIndex/endIndex are computed from scrollTop in an onScroll handler, and spacer divs above/below preserve correct scrollbar size.

Try it: document.querySelectorAll('[data-testid^="row-"]').length will always be far smaller than 10,000 — querying for a row by id that is currently scrolled out of view will find nothing until you scroll it into the rendered window.
